Your HOA Board has approved the long awaited electrical work down the middle esplanades.  Work is scheduled to begin (pending weather) on Monday, November 15th.  

 

This will include boring under the esplanades to lay new electrical lines.  A portion of the exit roadway (between Pin Oak and Oak Forest) will be blocked off.  There will be cones and a person helping direct traffic.  Please be mindful and use extreme caution.  It should only be blocked off for a couple of hours (during the day NOT at night).
